By creating an account or using AdsPipe ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AdsPipe is a software-as-a-service platform that provides an MCP (Model Context Protocol) server for the Meta/Facebook Ads API. The Service allows you to connect AI tools (such as Claude, Cursor, and Windsurf) to your Facebook ad accounts to manage campaigns, creatives, insights, and media.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API keys and account credentials.
  • You must not share your API keys with unauthorized parties.

4. Facebook Data

  • You authorize AdsPipe to access your Facebook ad accounts through the permissions you grant during the OAuth flow.
  • You represent that you have the authority to grant AdsPipe access to the Facebook ad accounts you connect.
  • AdsPipe accesses your Facebook data solely to execute API requests you initiate through the Service.
  • You may revoke access at any time through your dashboard.

  • You may cancel at any time through the billing portal. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
  • Refunds are not provided for partial months.

7. Service Availability

  • We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
  • We may perform maintenance with reasonable advance notice.
  • We are not liable for downtime caused by Facebook API outages, network issues, or force majeure.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdsPipe and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
